Property Management

New Possession Property Clean

When you take ownership of your property it may need a thorough clean before moving your furniture/white goods in. Our new possession clean involves:

  • Deep cleaning the tiles to remove paint drips, grout and general building dirt
  • Cleaning windows inside and out (incl the runners)
  • Power washing patio, verandas and stamped concrete.

Change - over Clean

Your property will be fully cleaned and prepared for the next guest. The service includes:–

  • Stripping the beds and remaking them*
  • Cleaning the bathroom, incl tiles, shower screens, mirrors, floor
  • Cleaning the kitchen including surfaces, hobs, appliances and a basic clean --inside of fridge/freezer & oven and microwave
  • Polishing all surfaces, pictures & mirrors
  • Sweeping & mopping floors
  • Replenishing toilet rolls
  • Changing towels
  • External furniture will also be wiped clean and patio/verandas swept
*Laundry charge will also apply

This service also includes taking a complete inventory of the contents and reporting any breakages or repairs necessary.

NB. Please can you advise your guests that they are responsible for washing their dishes, alternatively an additional charge of € 17.50 will apply.
We would ask you to leave a supply of bags, relevant to your size bin, at the property for your guests. We will replace them when required and invoice you accordingly.

Mid - stay Clean

We can visit your property during a let to provide cleaning services. Tasks include:-
  • Cleaning the bathroom, incl tiles, shower screens, mirrors
  • Cleaning the kitchen including surfaces, hobs, appliances and a basic clean inside of fridge/freezer & oven
  • Polishing all surfaces, pictures & mirrors
  • Sweeping & mopping floors
  • Replenishing toilet rolls
  • Changing towels & bed linen*
*Laundry charge will also apply

Vacant Property Checks

During the winter season your property could be left unoccupied for long periods of time. We will visit your property as often as required to check all is in order and air it, we will then email you to let you know everything is OK.
This will ensure that any necessary repairs do not go unnoticed and it will also prevent any damp occurring.

Internal/External Redecoration

We will be happy to carry out any basic internal redecoration as required:-
  • Painting internal walls & ceilings
  • Painting external garden walls or painting the whole property
  • Replacing or repairing fencing

Exterior Area Clean

Either as a spring cleans, or to prepare your property for the summer season, we are happy to provide a service whereby we:-
  • Sweep & power wash patios, verandas & pool areas
  • Thoroughly clean all exterior furniture -patio table & chairs, sun loungers

Maintenance of Communal Areas

We can also take care of the complex's communal areas. If your committee is looking for a reliable, professional & friendly service to clean and maintain all the communal areas let us know - we are happy to look after all your property needs.

  • Keep pool area/car park free from rubbish

Pre-let Inventories

Once your property is ready for letting we can draw up a comprehensive inventory detailing every item in your property. Copies will be printed and left in your property so your property management company can use them to check the contents each time a guest vacates.

Key Holding

We are happy to look after your keys in our secure key safe. However, if you are letting your property, we recommend that you purchase a key safe from us that will be installed at your property.

The key safe is very compact (dimensions 75mmx37mmx18mm) and can be installed on the wall outside your property. This will enable guests to access the key, using a 4-digit combination anytime day or night.

Guests can also replace the key in the safe when they leave the property each day, which will also prevent keys from being lost.

There is a one off cost of € 80.00 to supply & install the key safe.

Maintenance Checks & Basic Repairs

We will visit your property and check everything is in full working order:-
  • Light bulbs
  • Kitchen appliances – washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle etc
  • Air conditioners and/or heating appliances
  • TV/Satellite/DVD’s etc
  • Immersion heater
  • Windows & doors
  • External furniture – patio table & chairs, sun loungers
Any repairs will be notified to you and if necessary we can arrange for them to be carried out and over see the workmanship.

Basic Air Conditioning Maintenance

Depending on the make and model of your aircon unit, you will need to regularly clean out the filter.
Plastic filters may be cleaned with soap and water. Some models require weekly cleaning during the season, while others may be cleaned monthly.

Banking/Utility Bill Administration

We will be happy to visit your bank on your behalf or collect any post from your property and arrange for your utility bills to be paid.

Digital photography

Whilst in the UK you can keep up to date with how your development is coming along. We will take some digital photos and email them to you so you can see it evolving over the weeks/months. This is a free service to all Haynes C it Clean it Ltd clients
