Key Holding
If you are renting your property we will require at least 2 sets of keys these will be securely stored in our master key cabinet.
In order that your guests can access the key upon arrival at your property we recommend that you have a key safe fitted. The safe is compact and can be installed on the wall outside which enable your guest to access the key, using a 4-digit combination of their choice, anytime day or night. Guests can also replace the key in the safe when they leave the property each day, which will also prevent keys from being lost.
This is a one off cost (E80.00) + VAT = 92 Euro’s to install the safe.
Bookings
All bookings need to be advised in writing by email or fax, as this will prevent any misunderstandings that could occur via telephone.
When confirming the bookings please can you provide us with the following details:
- Arrival date, time & flight number
- Departure date, time & flight number
- The number of guests, lead name & mobile telephone number
- The 4 digit security number your guests would like the key safe to be programmed with
Payment Terms for Holidays
(See Great Cyprus Holidays)Our payment terms are strictly 14 days and we will invoice you at the beginning of each month for services provided during the previous month.
Payment can be made via Internet banking, directly into our Cyprus bank account, or by Cyprus cheque. Alternatively, if you have a number of bookings you can set up a regular monthly payment by direct debit from your Cypriot bank account.

We are a proactive company and continually strive to rent our properties. Our marketing activities include utilizing online opportunities as well as advertising in various media within the UK.
Meet & Greet Guests
We can meet your guests on arrival in resort and provide:-
- An overview of the property including instruction on how to operate appliances/satellite, TV etc
- Information on the resort and surrounding area
- Act as a point of contact should they have any queries or concerns
We can maintain your pool all year round. Our price includes:-
- Two visits per week from May-Oct & one visit per week from Nov-Apr
- Cleaning debris from the pool
- A comprehensive check/clean of pumps & filters
- Checking the pH balance of the water and treating accordingly
- All chemicals
- All carpentry work undertaken
- Carports, pergolas, fences and gates
- Shelving, drawers and cabinets
- All plumbing repairs undertaken
- Changing water heater elements
- Installing new boilers and water tanks
- Toilet systems
We can clean all windows and doors inside and out (including shutters where applicable).
